چکیده

Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) are key contributors to tumor development, accelerated invasion and metastasis, induction of immunosuppression. Targeted delivery immunomodulatory agents promote polarization TAMs may alleviate the immunosuppressive microenvironment. Calcium carbonate nanoparticles (CCN), which exhibit excellent biocompatibility, pH sensitivity, easy surface modification, have attracted substantial attention in targeted nano delivery. In this study, CCN were used as a matrix material develop UNO-peptide-modified lipid for immunomodulation by using mannose receptor overexpressed on surfaces targets. The preparation was optimized through single-factor testing with gas diffusion method particle size index. modification phospholipids performed, its targeting effect investigated. average 144.5 ± 3.8 nm 167.0 1.3 nm, respectively. entered via actively uptake mediated receptors. Our results demonstrated that developed controlled nano-size TAMs-targeting properties is highly promising nanocarrier TAM agents.

Preparation and characterization of ultra- hydrophobic calcium carbonate nanoparticles

Anionic surfactants based on fatty acids are usually used to modify the particle surface properties of CaCO 3 with the aim to enhance its dispersion and compatibility with polymer matrices. In this study sodium oleate was used for the preparation of ultrahydrophobic CaCO 3 nanoparticles using a wet carbonation route. The effect of sodium oleate on the characteristics, particle size, morphology,...

Synthesis and Characterization of Polyamide-66/Calcium Carbonate Composites

Polyamide-66(PA66)/CaCO3 micro- and nano-composites were prepared using a polymer solution method at filler loading of 0, 1, 2 and 3 weight percent. Nano-size of CaCO3 was synthesized by micro-emulsion technique. The material was characterized by XRD, SEM, FTIR and UV-VIS techniques. XRD results of composites suggested that CaCO3 particles are found in the amorphous phase of the semi-crystallin...
